Right to buy. another Osborne clanger

 

Another clanger by this Chancellor, his right to buy may be a good idea but its meant for the first time buyer to get on the property ladder. But again hes made it something for the better off. He says that he wants it to help kick start the building industry, this will only happen if the industry builds affordable housing, not half million pound houses. The limit on house price should be limited to houses costing no more than £250,000. The money has to be allowed for people who want to get their first house be it a terraced or semi. this will help the young to get on the property ladder. If it is allowed to be used on more expensive houses all this will do is push up the price of houses that are already at unrealistic levels throughout the country, and it certainly hasn't got to be used for people to buy a second house no matter what some people may infer. Its for first time buyers and this has to be made clear  beyond all reasonable doubt. There has to be no ambiguity what so ever.
