EU Budget

Cameron has seized victory with the budget cut, yet is he being presumptuous  this has to go before the European Parliament who could veto it. The president of the parliament Martin Schultz has threatened to have a secret ballot next month to encourage MEP's to vote down the budget. Does this go to show how undemocratic it is with secret ballots, I'm quite sure that this is something that the people of Europe don't want. The French didn't want a cut in the budget and why not because they are one of the biggest recipients of the common agricultural policy, The truth is that for years they have received money from CAP because they are incompetent, behind the times they have not modernised as the rest of the original member.farmers have, like the British and the Germans If France and President Hollande want to do anything why doesn't he say that France has received this money for far to long at the expense of the other members and that French farmers will enter the twenty first century and benefit us all.
