There is much debate in the media about the use of super injunctions. Basically this is were the so called great and the good can flaunt their morals and abuse their wealth and position to do what they want then get a High Court Judge to say that it has to be kept out of the media, because it could embarrass them or their family. Perhaps they should have thought about that before the went on their escapades. The prime minister and certain MP's say that it should be up to parliament to discuss laws over privacy matters, and not judges. The only thing wrong with that is when we had the scandal over MP's expenses they tried to keep it out of the public domain and the media. So can they be trusted to impartiality discuss privacy laws and the like I think not.
