You can't open a newspaper today or switch on the television without reading seeing or hearing about the lack of morals from many of our so called leaders or celebrates. We can't it seems get enough of that well known female who has had more breast implants, and lovers than any other female on the planet. Yet keeps complaining how she misses her ex-husband from down under. Her latest husband lasted all of eleven months. Then we read about the latest Lord a member of the so called upper class who is accused of bonking her off, a penniless mother who asked him for help over her CSA claim. This again is only in a long line of the so called great and the good. But what do we expect when today we make celebrates out of talentless people. We are inundated with cheap chat shows on television that are the same people being regurgitated. "You come on my chat show then invite me back to your chat show." We have footballers who try and have a sexual relationship with the corner flag after scoring a goal. or their childish attitudes like sucking their finger or in the case of one footballer pulling a dummy from his sock. Is it any wonder that we have a youth culture that is finding it difficult to find a decent role model? Or these well honed athletes who roll around on the ground when they are tapped on the ankle, yet when they score a goal they bend backwards with their arms up in the air as their team mates jump all over them. If in one of these incidents the player was to suffer serious injury could the insurance refuse to pay out as it couldn't be deemed to be a sporting accident. Like wise when footballers celebrate a goal by doing backward flips and hand stands. Then we have the stupid cricketers who go round giving the high five to everybody on the team when they take a wicket. Bring back the days of Jim Laker when at Old Trafford in 1956 he ended the Australian innings with his 19 wicket. Turning to the umpire asking for it when it was given he took his jumper from the umpire shook his hand and started to walk off the ground. That was a world record with dignity. Now we see certain cricketers who take a wicket then jump up and down like a demented gazelle. Bring back the old days.
