Why would any body want to design and build a house then during the building of it change the lay out till they get it just as the require it. Put in all the fittings and fixtures at great expence, then when their dream house is completed decide that they can't afford to light and heat it so they knock it down and sell of the rubble for a fraction of what it cost to build. Well that is just what Cameron has done by scrapping the Nimrod GR4, when one has been deliverd to the RAF and the other eight are nearly finished or will be by the end of the year. £4 billion of tax payers money, and all the tax payer will get for it is no plane and a possible couple of hundred thousand in scrap metal.
